A site of 5.5 acres on which a 65,000 sq ft H.Q. facility was sold to Brita Water Filters and completed in September 2004. A 50,000 sq ft H.Q. facility was sold to Stonebridge Joinery and completed in June 2005.

A speculative multi unit industrial estate of 50,000 sq ft. Practical Completion was reached in July 2004 and the scheme is now fully sold/let.

High Wycombe, Bucks

A speculative multi unit industrial estate of 40,000 sq ft.  Practical Completion was reached in January 2005 and all 10 units were sold in 15 months.

Oxonian Park

Kidlington, Oxfordshire

A speculative high office content industrial estate of 126,000 sq ft in partnership with Land Securities. Practical Completion was reached in October 2003. The estate was subsequently sold to Slough Estates.


Didcot, Oxfordshire

A speculative distribution estate of 130,000 sq ft in three units. The development was funded by Diageo Pension Trust and completed in 2002.
