Joint venture approach
Albion Land have undertaken a number of successful joint venture schemes with existing landowners.
The exact structure of the joint venture will vary dependant on the circumstances. Typically it will involve an agreed land price and profit share arrangement, with Albion Land undertaking the entire development process, including:

Investment and asset management.
In collaboration with Hillesden Trust, Albion Land’s investment partner we purchase investment property with asset management opportunities. In particular, we look to improve rental income and income security and add significant capital value by lease restructuring, new lettings, change of use, refurbishment and development.
